Arriving/leaving

• Check-in time starts at 4:00 PM

• Check-out time is 9:30 AM

• There is no front desk at this property. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email with special check-in instructions prior to their arrival.

Required at check-in

• Credit card, debit card, or cash deposit required for incidental charges

• Government-issued photo ID required

• Minimum check-in age is 25

• Cleaning Fee - $385

• Pet Fee -$500

• Additional Guest Fee -$75

• Property Damage Insurance -$99

• RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE UNTIL DEPOSIT IS FUNDED AND RENTAL AGREEMENT SIGNED. DAMAGE DEPOSIT IS REFUNDABLE UPON  INSPECTION AND INVENTORY.                                                                                                                                                                                                             

 

CANCELATION POLICIES

                                                          

60-day policy

• 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.

30-day policy​

• 50% refund (minus service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in. 

 

No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
